We facilitate private wellness retreats on request. Whether you are a corporate group or a bunch of friends looking for a wellness retreat, we can tailor experiences to suit your needs. Select a from a choice of premium location options, ranging from Rottnest Island, Yallingup, Margaret River, Ferguson Valley or Swan Valley.
Once you've chosen your location and dates, you will then have a choice of activities to be included on the retreat itinerary. These range from: yoga classes, pilates, sound healing, sauna & ice bath immersion, breathwork, ocean dips, art class, meditation, journaling, bush walks, free time and more.

Gilgara Retreat
Gilgara Retreat is located in the heart of the picturesque Margaret River wine region of Western Australia.
Nestled on a hillside near the corner of Caves Rd and Carters Rd, just five minutes by car from Margaret River town, Gracetown and Prevelly beaches, the Cape to Cape trail and the famous Margaret River vineyards.
The Homestead and surrounds are very quiet, offering you as much peace and quiet as possible. Surrounded by well-kept cottage style and native gardens, rolling lawns in a beautiful country environment, Gilgara is the perfect escape from your everyday life.

Retreat Hosts

Holly Dutton
Holly is the retreat facilitator, yoga teacher, and owner of WildFlower Yoga Collective. With over 24 years of personal yoga practice, she deeply understands the positive and healing benefits yoga and meditation offer for both the body and mind. Holly is passionate about sharing this transformative experience with others.
In addition to her expertise in yoga, Holly has a 20-year background in event management and tourism marketing, ensuring every detail of the retreat is thoughtfully planned and executed, creating an exceptional experience for all guests.
As a mother of two who has personally experienced burnout from the corporate world, Holly understands the importance of taking time to pause, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with oneself. She creates a safe, uplifting, and nurturing retreat environment that empowers and supports each individual.

Beth Corps
Beth is the owner of Food Remedy and caterer for the retreat - nurturing your holistic well-being.
Food Remedy delivers a unique, multi-sensory catering experience utilising ethically sourced whole foods, locally sourced products and specialises in gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free dining for retreat guests.
Discovering true health and wellness involves simplifying and wholeheartedly focusing on what genuinely matters - nurturing ourselves from the core. Allowing yourself to disconnect from distractions and reconnect with the fundamental essentials.
Our bodies thrive when we are aligned internally and externally. Embracing this truth empowers us to unlock the sacred path to optimal health and wellness, leading to a life brimming with vitality, joy, and fulfillment.
