Holly Dutton
My yoga journey began at 16, when I was suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome. The connection between body, mind, and breath resonated with me and played a key role in my recovery. Little did I know that yoga would become an integral part of my life, supporting both my physical and mental well-being.
Over the past 24 years, I’ve practiced many forms of yoga, including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Iyengar, Yin, Bikram, and Prenatal Yoga. After two decades of consistent practice and experiencing the healing effects of yoga on both body and mind, I felt a strong desire to deepen my knowledge. This led me to Yoga Teacher Training, where I became a Certified Yoga Instructor.
While yoga offers numerous physical benefits, the true gifts lie in the inner stillness and the profound sense of connection it fosters. I am deeply grateful for the happiness and strength yoga provides me daily, both on and off the mat. Sharing this love for yoga with others is a passion of mine.
Currently, my favorite style is Vinyasa Yoga. The combination of movement and breath gets my heart racing and quietens my mind. When you flow intentionally and rhythmically through each posture, it can feel like one big dance. Vinyasa is an excellent way to unwind, tune into your body, and stay present. I find it equally energizing, grounding, and balancing.
I want others to experience the benefits of Vinyasa Yoga in an uplifting, nurturing, inspiring, playful, empowering and supportive class environment.

"My introduction to yoga was more about physicality, moving the body. That was 10 years ago when I was just starting out my journey. And it has been an adventure. Now it's more about what does the pose do for me, mentally, physically & spiritually. Being that conscious observer of the body mind & spirit is what I try to empower each student to practice in class. My classes are a blend of fluidity & strength. I love holding poses for 5 breaths to really melt in, go deep & observe yourself in the pose. Flowing through Sun Salutations & playing with balancing poses to keep you on your toes!”
